Manzé is a small restaurant in North Melbourne serving food inspired by the small island of Mauritius. We serve flavours that are nostalgic of Mauritius with vibrant and fresh Victorian produce, in a set menu format for lunch and dinner.

Most of our ingredients are farmed or fished locally, prepared with island flavour and style.

Our drinks list features wines, beers, rhums, and more sourced from Australia, Mauritius, and all over the world! You can make a reservation online

We are excited to welcome Thishi and his friends to Boire. Currently cooking at both Harriot and Amaru, Thishi is bringing his know-how to the Boire kitchen, using European cooking techniques on South-Asian flavours.

Come hungry! We'll save lots of space for walk-ins.

Non-Aligned Books are coming to Boire with books, prints and zines available for purchase, along with plenty of sandwiches, wines and other drinks on offer.

Non-Aligned Books is an independent art bookstore and imprint specialising in new, rare & pre-loved printed matter on Africa, its Diaspora, class struggle and The Global South. Their primary objective is to center and privilege the stories, experiences & lifeways of African & Indigenous people across the globe.

Come by between 11am and 6pm to browse, purchase and settle in for what is going to be a beautiful Sunday.
