Manzé is a small restaurant in North Melbourne serving food inspired by the small island of Mauritius. We serve flavours that are nostalgic of Mauritius with vibrant and fresh Victorian produce, in a set menu format for lunch and dinner.

Most of our ingredients are farmed or fished locally, prepared with island flavour and style.

Our drinks list features wines, beers, rhums, and more sourced from Australia, Mauritius, and all over the world! You can make a reservation online

Sandwiches at Boire

Not strictly an event but definitely something we’re excited about - we’re now serving sandwiches at Boire every weekday from 12pm!

Our current mainstays are a charcoal chicken and egg salad sandwich, with rotating vegan specials and snacks also on offer.
