Manzé is a small restaurant in North Melbourne serving food inspired by the small island of Mauritius. We serve flavours that are nostalgic of Mauritius with vibrant and fresh Victorian produce, in a set menu format for lunch and dinner.

Most of our ingredients are farmed or fished locally, prepared with island flavour and style.

Our drinks list features wines, beers, rhums, and more sourced from Australia, Mauritius, and all over the world! You can make a reservation online

Donde Mama at Boire

We are so excited to welcome back Verena and Zuaad, our wonderful friends from Donde Mama. We've been so keen to work together again since their sold out dinner at Manzé last year; so join us at Boire this Sunday for Colombian/Caribbean snacks, cocktails and Verena & Zuaad's contagious warmth and hospitality.
