MANZÉ
Manzé is a small restaurant in North Melbourne serving food inspired by the small island of Mauritius. We serve flavours that are nostalgic of Mauritius with vibrant and fresh Victorian produce, in a set menu format for lunch and dinner.

Most of our ingredients are farmed or fished locally, prepared with island flavour and style.

Our drinks list features wines, beers, rhums, and more sourced from Australia, Mauritius, and all over the world! You can make a reservation online

Events
We love to have a little party.
Here's what's coming up soon.
Bakar and Boire

Supper Hour is taking over Boire for a flavourful Sunday lunch of Indonesian nasi bakar (grilled coconut rice parcels wrapped in banana leaf) and small plates!

They'll be serving a $45 set menu, with à la carte dishes and walk-ins also available on the day. Quantities will be limited, so we recommend pre-booking* the set to secure your meal.

The Boire team will be pouring wines & other drinks throughout the afternoon – come hungry, bring a friend, and settle in for a very good Sunday.

*Your pre-booking secures your set meal, not a formal table reservation. Seating will be casual and available throughout the afternoon. Any additional food or drinks can be ordered and paid for on the day.

Prebook here!

Golden Rice at Boire

We are beyond excited to welcome Louise, Chantalle & longtime friend Narit for a Khmer & Thai cookout experience.

There will be share plates, signature cocktails, and an open, walk-in community vibe. Service starts at 2pm, until sold out - and it will!

A portion of profits will be donated to Mith Samlanh, an organisation working with marginalised children/youth, their families and their communities in Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham.

All food will be Halal
